Sean Bordwell, the founder of the organization started out building luxury homes in Northern Virginia for one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. Working hands-on to deliver high quality in a fast-paced real estate environment, the systems were established to streamline the construction process. Obtaining an Architectural Engineering Degree and Construction Management Degree from a premier school in Boston, MA, he created a seamless relationship between the design and construction team while keeping the customer’s goals the focus of the project. NOVA Retail Solutions have been working with the top developers in Northern Virginia for the last 14 years, solidifying a wide range of experience to tailor a specific strategy to make the project a success.
